The ACCM is directed by 15 standing committees (SC) that provide daily direction and guidance. The SC meet regularly as needed per discipline. ACCM is also governed by the Bylaws and a Board of Directors that meets at least 12 times each year. The Board and the activities of the organization are guided by input provided by the Chairman's Council (CC), which meets monthly to provide feedback and direction from the SC. The Chairman’s Council is comprised of five delegates from ACCM standing committees and five delegates from the general membership in good standing. Additionally, ACCM is a professionally managed organization whose role is to oversee day-to-day operations, including staff.
